How it works

The process, step by step

1. MM 01

   Submit your request

   Fill out the online form or message us on WhatsApp. Your name, phone and operation type are enough for us to start working.

2. MM 02

   Upload your documents

   An advisor tells you exactly what is needed for your case. We do not ask for paperwork we do not need: usually USDOT, MC if applicable, CDL, VIN and loss runs.

3. MM 03

   We review your operation

   We look at operating radius, cargo type, years in business, claims history and equipment. That determines which carriers are worth approaching.

4. MM 04

   Your options are compared

   Your advisor presents your case to multiple carriers. This is where money is won or lost: sending your profile to one company is not the same as sending it to five.

5. MM 05

   You receive proposals

   We send the options with coverages, limits, deductibles and price, explained clearly so you can compare like for like.

6. MM 06

   You choose your option

   Pick the combination of coverage and price that works for you. If none of it fits, we keep looking.

7. MM 07

   Complete payment

   Pay in full or through a premium finance plan, subject to carrier and underwriting approval.

8. MM 08

   Receive policy and certificates

   We deliver your policy and the certificates of insurance you need to work. After that we stay available for endorsements and renewal.
